First Brewing for No Science !

Inspired by their passion for beer, Maxime Dumay and Manuel Mengoni, the founders of No Science, established their artisanal microbrewery in a 120 m2 workshop at After a number of weeks of construction works, they’ve finally been able to brew their first batch.

Their beers are called Noisy, Heavy and Psycho… The flavours mix bitterness and astringency with fruity, floral, woody and coffee aromas… After three weeks in a barrel, the beer will be bottled and then rest for another three weeks before being tasted. A few more weeks of patience to go, then, until we can taste the end result!
